Sherman
Fowler has gone on to become a three-time nominee for the Orange County
Music Awards. Fowler was nominated as ‘Best Jazz Artist’ in
2003, 2005 and nominated for ‘Best Acoustic Live Male’ in
2005. This self-taught artist with his unique style of jazz has gone on
to work with jazz greats like Spyro Gyra, two-time Grammy winner Diane
Schurr, BROTHER, Fred Jacob Jazz Odyssey, and many more. Sherman Fowler
often known as an over achiever working as his own manager, agent, and
publisher, has started work on his next CD project that is due to be released
soon. Fowler has also taken on the task of writing a move score for the
move “William of Orange” that is currently in production.
Sherman Fowler stimulates the imagination with a sound that traverses the musical map. Sherman's intoxicating formula of dynamic, unique jazz sounds, pop hooks, haunting vocals and memorable melodies create a dose of sonic bliss that is full of surprises. A unique style of jazz combined with original, heart felt, and socially conscious lyrics define the musical impressions of this self-taught entertainer. The music is founded upon Sherman's belief that we have entered an era of cooperation and unity in which music is playing an integral part. Our purpose is to help set new standards of excellence in the music of this era. To do so, we are dedicated to a process of continuous refinement both artistically and commercially. Sherman Fowler has developed a loyal following and at the same times given the music world a fresh new sound. He currently resides in California where he is performing various solo gigs.

Sherman
Fowler steps on the scene with his own unique style of jazz. Blending
harmonious progressions together with a unique finger picking style, Sherman
creates a brand of original jazz sound that invites you in to explore
the music. After suffering severe second and third degree burns on his
hands and told that he would not be able to use them for some time, Sherman
felt led to pick up the guitar thus was blessed with a quick rehab. In
less than two years his miracle recovery produced over fifteen songs featured
on his first self-released debut CD "Your Love Is Like The Moon".
Two years later, Sherman Fowler released his second project entitled “Outside
The Box”. Both CDs are being distributed by www.shermanfowler.com
and www.TOWERRECORDS.com.
